Avionics Ps Engineering Audio Panel Pma450a With Ps Streamer on 2040-parts.com
West Lafayette, Indiana, United States
The PMA450A is the second generation digitally based audio panel that is based upon a DSP (Digital Signal Processor). Licensed patented technology from the United States Air Force that was designed for the fighter pilot, who is inundated with multiple audio signals, is now available to the GA pilots. Another leap forward is PS Engineering’s improved and unique graphical user interface. Using OLED technology, the larger display is easier to read from any angle and lighting conditions. The new USB – C standard also brings more power to the pilot. This USB port is for powering devices up to 15 Watts, 33 % more power than was available before. IntelliAudio® gives the pilot the capability to pay attention to the radio that is important to their flight at any one instant in time. Consider Com 1 coming from the 10 o’clock position while Com 2 is coming from the 2 o’clock position, just like being at a cocktail party, you are able to pay attention to the person who is telling you something important while ignoring the other conversations that aren’t. The 3 Soft-key user interface is unprecedented for audio control panels. With more and more capability provided by our audio panels, we found it necessary to make the access to these functions easier. If you can read English you’ll be able to get all of the capability from the PMA450A without ever having to open up the User’s Guide. A
new
option for the PMA450A is the PS Streamer™. This system will steam selected audio
to external, Bluetooth® enable devices, such as ProGo® cameras or other audio
dongles.

2015 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS revealed – but not in Paris. Costs from £91,098
Wed, 08 Oct 2014The new 2015 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS (pictured) now on sale We had assumed that the lack of an appearance at the Paris Motor Show for the new Porsche 911 Carrera GTS meant Porsche had decided to leave the official reveal until later in the year. But here it is, and it’s going straight on sale. Having waited almost until the end of the 997’s life before launching a 911 GTS, this latest GTS is arriving much earlier in the 991’s lifecycle than you’d expect.
Frankfurt 2011: 2012 Honda Civic
Wed, 14 Sep 20112012 Honda Civic revealed at Frankfurt 2011 We had quite a tease from Honda on the 2012 Civic in the run-up to Frankfurt, but at least it was a tease with substance, rather than just pointless shots of bits of a new car. Honda made the effort to divvy up ‘official’ spy shots and to put together some talking head videos which, although a little dry, were at least informative. So it’s nice to see the real deal 2012 Civic at Frankfurt, even if it is very much an evolutionary refresh for 2012, rather than anything too drastic in styling terms.
Jaguar confirms small saloon – and gets the thumbs up from Number 10
Tue, 10 Sep 2013Jaguar will launch a small saloon beneath the XF in 2015, the company confirmed on the eve of the Frankfurt motor show. The baby Jag (seen testing as a disguised evaluation mule in our spy shots gallery) will be constructed from aluminium and built in the West Midlands, creating around 1700 jobs. The news prompted a call to Jaguar from the office of Prime Minister David Cameron, offering Number 10's congratulations and support with the company's product expansion.
