The PM1200 is a two place panel mount intercom designed for the loudest of aircraft. Designed to be a direct replacement for PM1000II series (part number 11902, 11922, 11909) it provides unprecedented noise reduction capability.

Not only does it use our proven patented IntelliVox® automatic squelch circuit, but also includes our latest invention, the "Active Microphone Processor", better known as AMP™. This new system actively reduces noise that is picked up by the microphone, dynamically reducing the background noise heard in the headset when the VOX is opened.

There has never been an intercom that provides as much intelligibility as the PM1200, PERIOD.

This new intercom system will be able to tame the noise of cockpits such as the P-51, B-17, PV-2, T-6, T-28, and the Pitts S2B/C. We know because we have flown in all of these really noisy aircraft and know exactly what needed to be done!

The PM1200 also provide ample headset volume, with audio amplifiers that will supply to the general aviation headset as much as 120 mW (almost twice that of our regular intercoms) in 28 volt aircraft. Additionally, by a push of the Copilot volume control, the system will convert to VOX to PTT-ICS.

Galarraga retired the first 26 Cleveland Indians batters in order on Wednesday night. The would-be final batter, Jason Donald, appeared to ground out, but umpire Jim Joyce ruled him safe in a controversial call that later that night he admitted was wrong.

Audi settles 'Imported From Detroit' ad dispute with Eminem

Fri, 29 Jul 2011

Detroit charities have emerged as the victor in a dispute between Audi AG and Eight Mile Style LLC, the company that licenses Detroit rapper Eminem's songs, after Audi released a commercial in May that appeared to rip off of Eminem's "Imported from Detroit" Chrysler spot. "Audi has tremendous respect for Eminem and his works, and likewise for the 'Imported From Detroit' campaign which was created by Chrysler, and certainly Audi would never wish to insult or harm those parties or their fans and customers," the German automaker said Friday in a statement. Terms of the settlement weren't released, but as part of the agreement--which both parties said was reached "amicably"--Audi said it would "support the revitalization of Detroit by contributing to selected social projects." Audi didn't specify which organizations would benefit, but Joel Martin, of Eight Mile Style told the Detroit Free Press that a project "will be announced soon." "Just like 'Imported from Detroit' helped benefit charities like the Marshall Mathers Foundation, we as Eminem's publisher can give back to Detroit," Martin said, according to the newspaper.
