The AvMap EKP IV  features a 7" color LCD display, brilliant and sunlight-viewable, batteries sold separately. Information copied from 
Thanks to the new menu keys that strategically positioned along the sides of the new case, the unit can operate in Portrait and Landscape mode.

EKP-IV utilizes a  Compact Flash (CF) memory card preloaded with Software and Maps. 
The Cartography covers  Jeppesen data for North America. The EKP includes Jeppesen's database with hundreds of ICAO airports as well as  Airfields and Heliports

Those of us that are fathers or expectant fathers, and also like driving must have occasionally daydreamed about what would happen if their wife suddenly went into labour at home and things progress rather more quickly than the oh-so-reassuring leaflets the NHS give out. Resulting in a truly heroic drive to the hospital, arriving, against all odds, just before the baby is born – to the admiration of all concerned. Including Plod, who naturally failed to keep up with you as you went through traffic lights, right angle bends and narrow country lanes at the speed of light….

2012 SEAT Exeo gets the smallest of tweaks Our instinct is to call the changes to the 2012 SEAT Exeo – SEAT’s take on the Audi A4 – a 2012 facelift. But we decided there rally isn’t enough going on for that. Perhaps we should say the Exeo has had a facial peel or a bit of botox for 2012, as that seems a bit closer to the reality.

This summer marks the centennial of when Daimler-Motoren-Gesellschaft and Benz & Cie separately registered their company logos in 1909. In celebration of the occasion, Mercedes has revealed a CL 500 “100 years of the trademark” anniversary edition. Daimler's was the Mercedes Star, while Benz's was “Benz” set in the center of a laurel wreath.
