Returns will not be accepted if: (1) Item is damaged by buyer. (2) Item is returned incomplete. (3) Item is used, or not in resalable condition.

Returns are subject to a minimum 30% stocking fee. The shipping charges are always non-refundable.

Factory Defective Items: We accept returns for factory defects. Items must be defective at the time of the first attempt to use.
