Up for auction is this super nice B-Class Wooden Racing Hydroplane ( Hansen Hull ) along with a Mercury Mark 20H Conversion Racing Outboard. The whole works needs nothing at all, is water ready to run and the engine is very strong. Comes complete with all the Keller hardware. The Boat has no dry rot in it at all and was recently varnished...The 20H had the Mag gone through 2 years ago and the Quickie has the 16/21 gears, a three bladed stainless prop, and a KA7A Carb. Take a close look at the pictures, and they will best describe the condition of this classic old package better than I can. If your looking for a beautiful old Racing Boat for display, racing, or fun running, this will fit the bill.  Note....this auction does not include the trailer, but I would consider selling it. This is a No-Reserve auction and its time to pass this old beauty along to someone else who can enjoy it. Please e-mail or call with questions. Because these are racing items I cannot give you any guarantees, but I can tell you that all of this is in excellent running condition and you wont be dissapointed. Buyer will be responsible for Pickup but I will be open to delivering this to you for $ 1.10 per loaded mile. I have a very reputable retired friend that could do that. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding

The share of buyers who would make a GM car their primary choice fell 12 percent, and the share of Chrysler intenders dropped by one third, according to a study released Thursday by CNW Research of Bandon, Ore.

'Talking cars' in US safety drive

NEW CARS and light trucks may be fitted with technology that lets vehicles communicate with each other in a bid to avoid deadly crashes. A radio beacon would continually transmit a vehicle's position, heading, speed and other information. Cars would receive the same information back from other vehicles, and a vehicle's computer would alert the driver to an impending collision.
