Provides control of converter lockup through vehicle speed on GM transmissions with a lockup converter. Eliminates converter lock and unlock cycling and premature unwanted converter lockup avoiding engine lugging and spark knock. Provides lockup at highway speeds for fuel economy. Can be used for converter lockup operation when converting a non-lockup equipped vehicle to a lock up style transmission and converter. Provides dash mounted control to govern converter lockup at any speed between 30 and 90 mph. LED tells whether converter is locked or unlocked.
Fits GM TH200, TH350, TH700R4, 4L60, & 200R4.

 

Used in a Show Car and works perfectly.  Comes with the wiring harness as well which is not shown in the pictures.

Graduates from Swansea Metropolitan University, based on the South Wales coast, exhibited their final year BA and BSc Automotive Design projects at the National Waterfront Museum recently. A relative newcomer to automotive and transport design - this being only the second BA graduate cohort to graduate - the three-year course at Swansea Metropolitan yields a high standard of work, which has received positive industry support in recent years. With projects ranging from the slightly avant-garde to high-quality next generation or niche vehicles, the students were encouraged to select a philosophical direction that they were passionate about yet also suited their desired future career aspirations.

Maserati Ghibli teased ahead of Shanghai Motor Show debut

Maserati appear to be teasing the arrival of the smaller Quattroporte – the Maserati Ghibli – at the Shanghai Motor Show later this month. Maserati is on a bit of a new model rush at the moment, and it looks like the tease photo they’ve released today is for the new Maserati Ghibli. The Maserati Ghibli isn’t going to be a sporty coupe – as you might reasonably expect – but a cut-down version of the new Quattroporte, designed to take on the performance versions of Europe’s executive express cars – think BMW 5 Series, Mercedes E Class and Jaguar XF.

Peugeot-Citroen signs £1.3bn rescue deal

French car manufacturing giant PSA Peugeot-Citroen has signed a £1.32 billion deal with Chinese carmaker Dongfeng Motors and the French government to secure its future. The far-eastern firm and the French government will each invest €800 million (around £660 million). Both organisations will receive a 14% stake in the business.
