Ferrari 458 Italia (2010) – the official videos
Wed, 29 Jul 2009By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 29 July 2009 09:58 Yesterday we brought you the first official pictures of the new Ferrari 458 Italia. Today we bring you 458 Italia video footage inside the cabin of Ferrari’s new V8 and a short clip of it being driven on track. The new 4.5-litre V8 Italia will be launched in the UK in spring 2010 and is likely to wear a price tag somewhere between the outgoing F430 (£140k) and the Scuderia (£170k).
Concept Car of the Week: Pininfarina CNR-PF (1978)
Fri, 12 Oct 2012In the 1970s alarm bells were ringing in the energy sector as a series of energy crises and rising fuel prices spiralled. The car industry was forced to produce a new generation of more efficient cars and designers were putting new models through wind tunnels to optimize their aerodynamic performance to reduce aerodynamic drag. Some pushed the limits further than others and none more so than Pininfarina, which designed a car that slipped through the air twice as efficiently than any other.
Ferrari 458 Italia – The Video
Wed, 29 Jul 2009The Interior of the new Ferrari 458 Italia But yesterday afternoon, shortly after we posted the news of the Ferrari 458 Italia – which originally had just four exterior pictures – we got sent a video of the interior. To be truthful it is almost certainly a rendering with no real car at all, but it is from Ferrari and is close as we’re going to get to the interior – or anything that moves – this side of the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. At least the video clip has a sound track, and whether or not it’s a real soundtrack from the track and the car – or something Ferrari has generated on their laptops – we don’t really care.
