B30 Base for KJM-C30 Camera

Many outdoor and marine security cameras, like the KJM-C30, use an in-line joystick to setup the camera features. Although this adds amazing flexibility to the camera, the joystick can complicate installation. The B30 is designed to house the joystick, video connector and power connectors beneath the camera.

The B30 is made of ABS and is coated with a UV inhibiting topcoat. This makes it useful for installation indoors or outside.

The B30 is designed for "bullet" style cameras with a 38 mm (1-1/2") dia. base, and 22 mm (1-1/16") center - center mounting screw holes.

The Base is installed with 3 #6 x 1-1/2” stainless steel, pan-head screws. Use the Base as a template to mark where the screws will be inserted. Be careful not to drill into any wiring. Insert the screws through the camera mounting base, then through the B30, then into the wall or ceiling where the camera will be mounted. Carefully coil the cables inside the housing, insert the mounting screws, turn the screws until snug, but be careful not to over-tighten.

This listing is for the BASE ONLY and does not include the camera.  The camera is shown above to show how the base is used.

Toyota's production iQ

By Guy Bird Motor Shows 06 March 2008 15:41 What’s new on Toyota’s Geneva Motor Show stand? The brand’s biggest news by far was the production iQ city car. The road-going iQ keeps almost all of the 2007 Frankfurt concept’s great packaging – half a metre shorter than a Fiat 500 at 2985mm – but still housing four seats, three for adults and one behind the driver for a child or luggage (there’s no conventional boot space).

Webinars: Realism & Product Correctness in Realtime from RTT

Mon, 06 Dec 2010

The quality of 3D visualization has improved markedly in recent years as a result of new algorithms – allowing design decisions to be made on the basis of virtual models. Products, including the interior and exterior design of a vehicle, can now be portrayed very realistically using high-end visualization software. This webinar, entitled 'Realism & Product Correctness in Realtime', demonstrates how product lifecycles in the automotive industry – which range from design, development and production through to marketing and sales – is becoming increasingly digital.
