2013 McLaren MP4-12C: Upgrades now official

Earlier this week Cars UK was one of the first to report that McLaren are upgrading the MP4-12C for 2013 with a number of upgrades, including a power boost, which will also be applied to existing cars. Rise in illegal 'clocking'

Experts say this signals a worrying trend of more dishonest car sellers ‘clocking’, or falsifying, a car’s mileage to make more money when the sell it. There had been a drop in the number of recorded incidences of clocking.

So it gets a new front end with new headlights, slitty grill and an air intake at the bottom. Big play is being made of the Clio GT (which Renault says will give more people more Va Va Voom!), and these are the pictures we have here.
