  • The castings for all models are manufactured in bronze to give maximum corrosion resistance.

  • Separate pumping systems ensure that clean water and waste are never mixed.

  • All models have an oval, white easy to clean vitreous china pan.

  • Choice of seat and lid finish, either white painted wood or varnished mahogany (if not specified at time of purchase white painted seat & lid are standard). 

With its classic porcelain bowl and its operating mechanism built in Bronze for an exceptionally long working life, the classic "Baby" is well known and respected by yachtsmen and women the world over.  Reliable, "fixable"  and backed by Blake's renowned spares service this is the marine head that sets the standard for all others. 

The  standard model supplied has the pumps on the right (as you face the toilet) with rigid handle on discharge pump and 1.5" hose connection on discharge outlet.   

At minimal extra cost you can specify:

  2. Detachable handle on discharge pump
  3. Cap & lining outlet (for easy pipe removal or rigid piping)

Bentley teases Arnage successor

Bentley is giving a glimpse of its future this morning with a teaser shot of the Arnage successor due out in 2011. Look for a public debut this summer, possibly in concept form at the Pebble Beach concours, where the British luxury maker is one of the featured companies as it marks its 90th anniversary. Details are scarce, though the teaser shows a lengthy hood, a prominent grille and big fenders--hallmarks of the Bentley line.

The Jaguar Roadster is on its way We have known for quite some time that Jaguar are working on a Roadster. Especially since it’s claimed to be a project close to the heart of Ratan Tata – ultimately, ‘Mr Jaguar’. But we now have the clearest indication possible after Carl-Peter Forster – Tata Motors Group Boss -  confirmed this week that Jaguar are working on a Jaguar Roadster, as well as considering a BMW 3 Series competitor.

Fisker Karma recalled over fire risk

The Fisker Karma range-extender EV is being recalled over a fire risk from a faulty cooling fan. We’re not sure how many Fisker Karmas there are in the UK (well, there should be at least one), but so far it appears that there are a surprising 1,900 in the wild. Now those 1,900 (or 2,400 if you count all the Karamas built and heading for customers) are to be recalled after fire destroyed two Karmas in the US.
