All warranty claims must be made through BAHNHOF prior to shipping the product back. The buyer must first contact BAHNHOF via email to begin the warranty / defective claim process. An RMA number will be issued if the product is defective or in need of further inspection. Upon receipt of the product, BAHNHOF will forward the product to the manufacturer for inspection and testing. If the product is determined to be defective, BAHNHOF will issue a full refund for the product and all incurred shipping charges.
