All new Nissan X-Trail for 2014: Frankfurt 2013

The All new Nissan X-Trail for 2014 (pictured) revealed at Frankfurt 2013 Nissan has finally brought their X-Trail SUV up to date with an all new X-Trail debuting at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Gone are the boxy looks of the old X-Treail to be replaced by a much more modern looking package that takes many of its styling cues from the Juke and Qashqai, promising much more appeal to buyers in the process. Despite its cosmetic makeover that moves it closer to its soft-roading siblings, the new X-Trail still promises to fo the rough stuff with a decent amount of aplomb.

Government sets drug-drive limits

Plans to introduce a drug-drive limit have edged closer as limits for 16 different drugs have been approved. Eight prescription and eight illicit drugs have been added to the regulations which will be introduced this autumn, meaning it’ll be an offence to be over the prescribed limits. VW Golf R Launched

The Volkswagen Golf R has launched at Frankfurt Update 31/10/09: VW Golf R UK Detail now released. We reported yesterday on much of the detail on the new Golf R, but the Golf is such a big deal for so many that we thought we ought to re-iterate, throw in a few pictures of the Golf R on the floor at Frankfurt and re-cap on the goodies on offer. The Golf R gets the same powerplant as the Scirocco R, but it also adds Volkswagen’s 4Motion AWD to the mix.
