Baron Flathead Ford Racing Engine Girdle This beautifully manufactured Tony Baron Ford flathead racing engine girdle has never been installed in an engine. It is brand new and was only removed from its box for photographing. This setup significantly stabilizes and fortifies a flathead’s lower end. These Baron caps are a vast improvement over stock Ford flathead engine main caps. These girdles are often used with larger displacement Ford flathead engines, and work extremely well with blown, injected, or Ardun overhead valve engines. Their workmanship and detail are incredible. I’m told by H and H Flatheads that Baron Racing sells this set up in the mid $800’s? You can purchase mine for less.
