First and foremost, I'd like to say THANK YOU to all of my repeat buyers. You are the reason EBAY is so successful and such a wonderful place to do business!

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Read the entire listing. This kit gives you factory quality and more extras than any other repair kit online. It's not as cheap as others because it's not as "cheap" as others.

  •       MY MISSION: After very many years of experience repairing golf cars and chargers I have decided to compile a kit available for sale to help the average "Do-It Yourself" person repair common problems with their Club Car PowerDrive3 Battery Charger. The kit includes the three items with the highest failure rate. The chance of anything else in the charger failing is very slim. I am not going to throw unnecessary items in this kit just so I can mark up the price. I'm also not going to confuse you with different levels or combinations of parts. I figure that it's better and more "buyer friendly" to keep it simple If you've got a PowerDrive3 charger that isn't working correctly, this kit is what you need.

  •       TOP QUALITY: My components vary from others found on ebay for one simple reason... They're the exact same parts that were used by Lester Electronics when they built these chargers. Please be aware that with electronics there are many "shortcuts" people tend to take to save money, such as selling cheaper parts that will perform the same tasks as the original parts, for a little while at least. The parts in my kit have been proven many times to out-last many of the cheaper "Budget" parts for lack of better description. Believe me I know, I've tried them. Buy from me with confidence, the quality is there. If you have any questions at all about these items please do not hesitate to ask me. I will be glad to help you in any way that I can.
  • GUARANTEE: If this kit does NOT fix your charging problem I offer all of my buyers a 100% guarantee that I will be here for support after the sale. I understand these charging systems perfectly and will be MORE THAN HAPPY to walk you through the steps (one at a time if necessary) to find out EXACTLY what is causing your issue. Please feel free to ask for help. I honestly do not mind at all. Thank you for looking at my listing.

Included in the Kit are:
                       1 - Charger Relay
1 - Rectifier to Double Heatsink Conversion Board
                       1 - 15 Amp Circuit Breaker

1 - My 100% Guarantee that I'll figure out your charging problem.

Why Convert?  You're probably asking yourself that.  You could easily just replace your existing 50 amp rectifier in your 26560 and be done with it. However, the PD3 chargers are no longer made with 50 amp rectifiers in them because the double-heatsinks perform better. This conversion board in this kit will bolt right into your #26560 charger and essentially turn it into a newer style #26580.

The installation is extremely simple. All you'll need are simple hand tools. Remove the screws that hold the case to the charger, remove the components that are included in the kit and replace them individually. The Relay has two screws holding it in place. The rectifier is bolted to the back of the charger with a small bolt. Once removed, the conversion board will fit against the back of the charger and will be secured with the included hardware. No drilling required. The breaker will come out easily. It has tabs on it that will squeeze inward to allow it to "Snap" out of place. Make sure both power cords are un-plugged at the time of installation.

Please feel free to ask me any further questions you may have as to why this kit beats anything else for sale on EBAY. I'll be more than happy to explain. Enjoy your EBAYing!

The items in this kit are also available separately. If you are interested in purchasing individual items please visit our store. Thank you!

NOTE: There are 2 different PD3 Chargers, The 26560 has a square 50 amp rectifier, while the 26580 has two heatsink (diode) strips in the back of the charger. Otherwise, they are identical.  Please check to confirm the style before ordering.  This kit is for the #26560 and includes everything you need to convert it to a newer style #26580 charger. If you already have a #26580, you don't need the conversion kit. You'll only need the heatsinks. That kit can be found "HERE".

If this is not the item you are looking for, feel free to check out all of my other items by clicking on the link below to view my eBay store.

Note: The electronic items in the photograph of the entire kit are the items you will receive. Please note that the circuit breaker may appear slightly different in appearance than the one currently installed in your charger due to vendor changes throughout the years. All parts are compatible with each other and all #26560 PD3 chargers will accept this entire kit unless they have been converted to a #26580 by using a double diode conversion kit. Please ask if you have any questions. No worries! Enjoy your EBAYing!

Bathurst 2010 gallery: all the out-takes

Thu, 18 Nov 2010

The descent from Mount Panorama, Bathurst's highest point. The cars are on the brakes all the way through The Esses, and someone's locked them here. And no, this isn't immediately post-safety car - the racing is often this close.

Bruce Weiner Micro Car auction: Day 1 wrap

Sat, 16 Feb 2013

Yesterday's strong bidding left many attendees in disbelief. As the gavel fell on a 1959 Goggomobil TL-400 Transporter Pickup for the top pre-auction estimate of $125,000, anyone who had dismissed RM's estimates as optimistic was reappraising the situation. Several people have brought up the legendary $112,000 sale of an Amphicar at Barrett-Jackson's Scottsdale sale in 2006.

Rolls Royce EX200 (RR4 / Ghost) breaks cover early

Thu, 19 Feb 2009

The Rolls Royce EX200 Concept unveiled ahead of its Geneva debut [ad#ad-1] Well, this was supposed to be embargoed until tomorrow, but if the Daily Telegraph are prepared to jump the gun, I suppose we may as well jump on their coach and run it as well! After more spy shots of the Rolls Royce RR4 than I care to remember, and teaser images and trickles of details, we finally have some concrete information, and some images, to put meat on the bones of the new Baby Rolls Royce. But apparently we shouldn’t call it the ‘Baby’ RR, as Rolls Royce insists that the new car, which will be almost exactly the same as this concept, will be built to the same exacting standards as the flagship Phantom.
