Purchased as part of a large group of Blower/Supercharger/Speed parts locally. The Crank Hub is solid billet steel with timing/degree tape and is in VG condition as shown. Though a little greasy/grimey. Fits BBC internal balance V8's.Has a v-belt accessory spacer that fits onto the hubs register and allows the v portion to be reversed depending on V belt accessory drive alignment. That spacer/register in turn accepts the 3 inch by 1/2 pitch 38 tooth Gilmer drive pulley. Mounting fasteners for the pulley/spacer/to the hub will be required but are NOT included. Coventry MA Automotive Design/Vehicle Interiors exhibition 2010

As the winter takes grip on the northern hemisphere, CDN travel to Coventry, the birthplace of the British car industry – and many a car designer – to catch up with this year's MA Automotive Design and Vehicle Interiors students for their biannual exhibition, held in the city's impressive Transport Museum. This year 15 students, led by tutors Aaamer Mahmud and CDN contributor, Nick Hull, are completing the 16-month postgraduate course. Carrosse Stephane Krumenacker Krumenacker's personal interest in (built) environmental philosophy dictated his approach to this project, which started with a scenario rather than a product.

The new MG3 (pictured) arrives in MG’s UK showrooms in the Autumn MG has revealed the MG3 for the UK market at their European Design Centre in Birmingham, ahead of a debut in the UK market in the Autumn. MG are calling the MG3 a “distinctive statement of modern British style” and are aiming it at a youthful demographic looking for ‘something different’. Is the MG3 something different?

Jag designers light up London’s Clerkenwell Design Week

Clerkenwell Design Week might not mean much to car designers more used to motor shows like Tokyo or Geneva. But the five-year-old event is fast becoming a fixture in the broader design calendar, and has been sponsored by Jaguar for the past four years for good reason. In simple terms, Jaguar wants to be seen (and respected) beyond the automotive realm: "We want to connect with other designers and have our designers learn from designers in other fields," advanced design director Julian Thomson told Car Design News.
