A front camera for a better view of rock crawling and a new Torsen front differential are the key changes for the 2012 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor. Those additions will help even the most extreme off-road drivers. Additionally, the truck will have new side-body graphics, a new interior accent color and the option of cooled seats in the luxury package.

Local Motors launches Pacific Northwest competition

Local Motors' 20th design competition, themed 'Thrive in the Elements,' opens for submissions starting today, 17 March. The new American car company is calling for entrants to design a car based around the four core elements: Earth, wind, fire and water; challenging designers to create a vehicle that will 'inspire Pacific Northwesterners to thrive'. The deadline for entries is 30 March 2010.

Peugeot 207 Epure concept

Eight years ago, the Peugeot 20Heart show car previewed the 206CC, which brought folding metal roofs to the masses. Since then, Opel has re-released the Tigra, while Nissan has retorted with the Micra CC in the mini-cabrio stakes.
