BMW X5 (F15)

This is the new, third generation BMW X5, the biggest-selling SUV in its segment with over 1.3 million sold since the first was launched in 1999. Volkswagen trots out Mini Vader for Chattanooga plant inauguration

Volkswagen is hoping that a little advertising goes a long way. The company brought its Super Bowl star Mini Vader back for an encore during the opening ceremonies for VW’s new Chattanooga factory. The pint-sized Dark Lord gave a final blessing to the plant before pushing a red button to make things official.

The new Flying Spur is, as we saw yesterday, subtly updated with a bolder and sharper design that has turned the Flying Spur from a great car with so-so looks in to an even greater car with very good looks indeed. The effect of the restyling of the front and back has been to give the Flying Spur a much punchier look, with the new grill, new headlights and LEDs and, most importantly, a much better defined rear end with strong defining lines making the Flying Spur look sharper, wider and more aggressive.
