 What you're bidding for here is a complete set, perfect for a chip tuner:

1. BDM100 v1255 hardware chip tuning tool - chip programmer

The ECU must be removed from the car and is programmed by special spring contacts without soldering on the circuit board.
This method is used for example if a car has no connection from the OBD connector to the ECU or for very new ECU versions.
The best tool for this is the BDM 100

Which way of programming is used, depends on manufacturer, model, year and the ECU type in the car. Generally I use the
easiest way of programming. So if a car can be programmed by the OBD port, I would do it this way.

After the security entries for the OBD2 programming get more and more difficult, a new possibility has come up for
chiptuning of ECUs with Motorola MPC555 - 565.

This generation of Motorola processors contain 448KB - 1MB Flash memory. That memory cannot be read and programmed with
an eprom programmer. Therfore it is possible over the so called BDM interface, which must be implemented on every ECU board. For that purpose there are mostly 10 solder pads on the PCB.

Alternative there are ECUs with 12 or 14 solder pads, which can be supplied with operating voltage over these pads.

The BDM100 connects these solder pads of the BDM port with the WinOLS PC over the USB bus. The BDM100 gets its operating
voltage from the USB bus. The ECU needs its own supply voltage of +12 volts.

The BDM100 is a universal reader/programmer (it does not require our RACE software necessarily) that allows the user to
read and program files in the ECU supplied with MOTOROLA MPC5xx processor (essential).

The BDM100 requires the ECU to be open, "on the bench", as the reading/programming operations are realized by linking a
flat cable to specific area the ECU (the tool, on the other side, is linked to the USB port of a computer).

It allows also to create perfect copies of the whole software of an ECU (after having read the original ECU software).

The software allows to read and program the WHOLE ECU content of:
* 29BL802 SSOP eprom file (or ROM memory with maps if eprom physically not present);
* MOTOROLA MPC5xx Processor file;
* Serial Eprom content.

Please note that even in the case of the ECU blocking, due to the wrong checksum recalculation, the ECU can always be
 reprogrammed and then retrieved (if the original software has been previously stored).

2. Enourmous collection of almost 80000 (eighty thousand!) chip tuning files on 3DVDs packed!

With your KWP2000 Plus you will also receive a crazy collection of almost 80000 (yes - eighty thousand!) chip tuning files on 3 DVDs! In addition there is tons of immo, diagnostics, radio unlocking and much more stuff included as well as various programs which will help you communicate with your car. This is a MUST-HAVE not only for tuners and repair shops, but also for every single car owner that doesn’t want to go to the repair shop every time when his check lamp lid or his radio gets locked. One single diagnostics and you will regain every cent spent for this GIGANTIC information source. If you need to check whether your file is included, contact me and I will email you the complete files list.

***Please note that some of the programs included may not work on a non-Windows XP OS, so I recommend you use them on Windows XP 32 bit only. However there is over 90% chance that you can run them on Vista/7 if you run them in Windows XP 32bit compatibility mode and AS AN ADMINISTRATOR. This is not scary, though, because with the KWP2000 Plus you will receive a software DVD with all you need in order to tune.***

The DVDs will be phisically shipped to you via post within 1 business day after the payment is confirmed. No downloads!

***I strongly recommend any buyer to know what he's doing when remapping ECU.***

Next Jaguar XJ takes styling cues from the XF

Wed, 18 Mar 2009

Jaguar is putting the finishing touches on its heavily revised 2011 XJ sedan, remaking its flagship sedan in the mold of the XF sedan. Based on a re-engineered version of today's all-aluminum XJ chassis introduced with the sedately styled 2004 model, the next XJ will be significantly different in appearance, drawing its coupelike-sedan inspiration from the Ian Callum-penned XF. "People know that something is coming, but they're going to be very surprised," says one source involved in the project code-named X351.

Jaguar reveals the Cars & the Stars for the 2014 Mille Miglia

Tue, 29 Apr 2014

Jodie Kidd in a Jaguar XK 120 ahead of the 2014 Mille Miglia The real Mille Miglia ended in 1957 after a series of crashes saw it cancelled, but it returned in 1977 as the Mille Miglia Storica, a glorious event run over 1,000 miles of beautiful Italian roads featuring cars that ran in the original Mille Miglia. Jaguar has a big history with the Mille Miglia, and has taken to using the annual event to roll out stars to drive its cars for maximum coverage of Jaguar’s Heritage. 2014 is no different – although the number of entries is lower than in previous years – with ten classic Jaguars, including XKs, C-types and one D-type, taking to the Italian roads in May and piloted by a diverse range of star drivers.

Renault to preview future design strategy with Ross Lovegrove

Tue, 19 Mar 2013

Renault will unveil a new concept car that will underline its future design direction at next month's Triennale of Milan. The carmaker, which has released a set of teaser images, has worked alongside designer Ross Lovegrove's Lovegrove Studio to explore fresh design languages. Lovegrove is known for his organically inspired designs and this concept will continue that theme, examining nature and its systems to raise "awareness and understanding of those phenomena and their current impact".
