Used gears from 65-150 hp mercury mariner (all gears were tethered together from boat shop), all gear teeth are in ok shape with some light pitting (reverse gear or one with 3 nubs is a little worse, the forward gear looks better). The clutch dog has wear as do the gears it comes in contact with and i do not know how much wear they can have before they will not work correctly, all bearings seem fine.
