We have a nice shimmey dampner for sale recently removed from a P35 Bonanza. P/N 35-825146 working when removed. Unit is in good shape cylinder strut looks good no signs of wear or nicks. Housing is good, shows minor wear overall with scuff. Perfect replacement for worn or older part or use on rebuild project. Its in good condition ready to go. JG

Aston Martin won’t be proclaiming ‘Powered by AMG’ on its Mercedes-engined cars
Mon, 03 Feb 2014Aston Martin won’t be using ‘Powered by AMG’ badges It was a long time coming, but Aston Martin finally found a way to replace their ageing engines by doing a deal with Mercedes AMG to use their very impressive powerplants. And it seems that, depite AMG’s willingness to provide Aston Martin with modern engines, AML aren’t going to be required to put AMG badges on the bodywork or engines of their very beautiful cars. Speaking to Autocar, Mercedes boss Dieter Zetsche said that Mercedes were very happy to have done a deal with AML and equally as happy to be subtle about the arrangement.
First tattooed car revealed
Tue, 10 Jun 2014THE WORLD'S FIRST tattooed car has been revealed at the Gumball 3000 Rally and its a very rare Gumpert Apollo supercar. A unique Japanese design has been chosen as the tattoo for the 200mph Gumpert and has been applied to the car by world renowned tattoo artist Aleksy Marcinow. The £370,000 supercar will go on display in the London Motor Museum after its appearance at the Gumball 300 Rally.
