BEGI (Bell Engineering) rising rate fuel pressure regulator, model 20002.  For use on OEM turbo systems to get the most out of stock fuel injectors.  Older model from 1999; new and never installed.  Comes with everything pictured including RRFPR, instructions, bracket, and what looks to be an extra check valve but I can't say for sure.  I had this to install on a Datsun 280ZX turbo but never got around to it before I sold the car.  Bell Engineering is a well respected company and the new units are going for $249 plus shipping.
