Called the E2, it’s based on the 500 Abarth, but with some clever engine management technology that allows the car to run with either 158bhp or 59bhp.

Crucially for its continued advancement it’s also the platform used to demonstrate a new 175bhp 2.0-litre turbodiesel engine, a new six-speed manual transmission and intelligent four-wheel drive.
