Koons's BMW Art Car to race at Le Mans
Tue, 06 Apr 2010BMW will field the latest in its long series of Art Cars at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, June 12-13. This is the 17th Art Car commissioned by BMW. Jeff Koons follows others such as Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol and Jenny Holzer in designing an Art Car.

Berg examines the BMW 325is, with its new, free-revving, 2.5-liter inline six-cylinder, making BMW’s small sedan an even more desirable ride. Compared with the more expensive Porsche 944 and Acura Legend, the BMW gets Berg’s nod of approval.
KTM's four-wheeled future

Stefan Pierer, the youthful-looking 51 year-old CEO of KTM, has revealed to CAR how he intends to turn his company into the Austrian equivalent of Lotus. The unveiling of the production version of the Audi-engined, carbon-monocoque X-Bow at the Geneva Motor Show on March 4 2008 is exactly one year on from the first showing of the prototype.
