I just took this out - please see photo of unit working in panel before removal.  Comes with tray and connector.  I did snip the sheet metal of the tray in two places (two cuts) to get it out - see photos.  In my opinion this doesn't structurally affect the tray, but you decide.

1.3" high flat-pack, DME unit
  • 200-channel receiver
  • Features simultaneous gas discharge display of distance, groundspeed and time-to-station
  • Can be channeled through almost any NAV receiver or tuned directly with 
    its own frequency selection knobs
  • No remote channeling adapters needed
  • All channeling done electronically using a single crystal digital frequency synthesizer
  • Operates on any DC voltage from 11 to 33 volts without adapters or power converters
  • No external cooling is required since it draws only 15 watts of power
  • Same as KN-62/62A except has 50 watts nominal power output instead of 100 watts for KN-62/62A 
    and KN-64 is not TSO'd, while the KN-62A is TSO'd

It’s a road-gong version of the car that stormed to victory at Silverstone last month, the Continental GT3, and ticks off 0-62mph in 3.8sec: this is some grand tourer The 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 that’s just been introduced into the Flying Spur saloon has been wound up to a heady 572bhp, with a stonking 516lb ft combining to make this svelte coupe the fastest accelerating Bentley production car ever built, and a whopping 0.8sec better than the V8 S model. The GT3-R is not the fastest Bentley, though, with its top-end only 170mph (virtually walking pace, really), but the eight-speed ZF gearbox and final drive have been tuned to make this car a corner carver, as opposed to a top-end tourer.
