Aston Martin Rapide - doesn't seem to be selling It took AML an age to get the Aston Martin Rapide to market, but they eventually managed it and the first customer Rapide finally left Magna Steyr in May 2010. The general consensus was that the Rapide was something of a triumph for Aston Martin. They’d managed to squeeze an extra pair of doors in to a stretched DB9 and made the back seats of the Rapid just about commodious enough to be useable.

IRANIAN President Mahmoud Ahmadinajad is auctioning his 1977 Peugeot 504 to raise money for charity. The often controversial leader is inviting bids through Iran’s Central Bank, with the money raised intended to be used to build homes for the poor and disabled of Iran. Smart is the latest car manufacturer to present a sub-car commuter vehicle. The eScooter will be shown at the Paris motor show in concept form, but has been confirmed as part of Smart's future urban mobility strategy. Like the Smart ForTwo, the eScooter uses a steel and aluminum frame with interchangeable plastic body finishers.
