For sale.......................Bendix-Scintilla Ignition Magneto Switch. This particular switch is Type ED-F. This is quite possibly a NOS switch, although I'm not 100% certain. It was included with a box of NOS vintage Italian car parts that just arrived. It was dusty and I cleaned it up a bit. There are no signs (nail marks) on the face that it was ever used and no sign of mounting screw marks. It is missing 1 of 2 nut and lock tab's for wire connection.

That's the best I can do for you.

Interior Motives Design Conference 2005

Mon, 04 Jul 2005

Patrick le Quement, Senior Vice President, Corporate Design, Renault made the opening address in which he remarked that "the most profound change I and my team have made is the investment in interior design". He took the audience through a succinct overview of the recent history of Renault design and how far it has evolved from being 'the art of dressing up the hunchback' as a senior Renault manager remarked several decades ago. One of the interesting Renault Design processes he talked about was its 'Trends Missions' where groups of four or five designers make trips into creative areas adjacent to car design for a few days to explore, research and bring back to the studio valuable insight that enriches the design group as a whole and informs the many issues and tasks being grappled with, one of the most important at the moment being defining 'what is Renault'.

BMW i3 LWB and i8 Roadster planned; BMW i4 & i5 mooted

Mon, 08 Aug 2011

BMW are already planning more of the BMW-i Range You didn’t really think that BMW would stop with just the BMW i3 City car and the BMW i8 supercar, did you? Surely not, especially after we told you last year that BMW had trademarked all the i-numbers – i1 through to i9. Those BMW i trademarks would suggest that BMW are planning on having at least a pair of cars that sit below the compact i3 – a bit hard to really figure out what they will be – and perhaps a halo grand saloon at the top in the i9.
