Porsche has revealed the 2013 Cayenne Turbo S, the range topping Cayenne with an extra 50bhp and a £107.5k price tag. The effect of that extra torque is an improvement of 6.5 per cent in in-gear acceleration from fifth to eighth gear and better towing ability.
