IF YOU WIN AN ITEM(S) and item is damaged during shipping, your options are as follows: 

1. Return item for refund of WINNING BID ONLY. There are circumstances that we allow you to keep the item and refund the WINNING BID ONLY, that way you don't have to pay return shipping charges too. USPS only refunds us the amount of the winning bid that is why our policy is such. (If UPS is offered as a shipping option, Full price, bid & shipping charges are refunded.)

2. Message us with picture(s) of damaged item, so we can file a claim with USPS for the item. 

Once claim refund is received we refund the amount USPS refunded us to you and you keep the item.
