 Description
These Bestop HighRock 4x4 Element doors feature heavy-duty 1 1/4 in. tube construction for superior exterior protection, and ventilation. An integrated step provides access to overhead storage racks and soft top cleaning and installation. These doors are a breeze to install with no drilling required and they accept the OEM-style mirror. Large, heavy-duty storage pockets can be positioned for easy access inside or outside of the vehicle and the doors have built-in armrest padding. Wed, 20 Aug 2014Citroën has appointed Jean-Arthur Madelaine-Advenier as its new head of interior design. The 34-year-old Frenchman joins the firm from Tesla, where he had a brief stint as lead designer for interiors at the US-company's California studio. Madelaine-Advenier graduated from the RCA in London in 2003, then headed to Mercedes' advanced studio in Italy for a three-year stint as a junior interior designer.

Fri, 11 Jul 2008The Vehicle Design Masters program at the RCA held its annual degree show a few weeks ago, showcasing an array of transport designs created by the graduating class of 2008. In all, 18 students - including three PhD graduates - developed projects which dealt with the current issues of accessibility, aerodynamics, environmental impact, ergonomics, legislation, materials, production, safety, and technology, as well as the aesthetic principles of vehicle design. Peter Stevens - the first MA graduate - David Wilkie of Stile Bertone, Alfonso Albaisa of Nissan and Peter Shreyer of Kia were just some of the RCA alumni in attendance.
