Big Block Chevy Carrillo Connecting Rods 6.535 on 2040-parts.com
Linden, Michigan, United States
This is a full set of 8 Carrillo BBC rods. The rods had very few hours on them. Have been sitting on the shelf for a few years. They have the EDM hole for full floating pins. If the photo is not good enough the caps on the rod bolts have SPS A55 and CARR on them. As far as I know this is the only way you can identify the rods as real Carrilo. Specs are 6.535 length, .990 pin and 2.200 big end. There are pictures of the light surface rust on one rod. Should not cause any problems.

Despite that expectation, we discovered in January that Toyota were actually taking a different concept to Geneva – the Toyota FT-86 II – dashing any hopes of the FT-86 in any shape or form hitting the road this year.

Sat, 20 Feb 2010The entire Audi RS5 brochure has leaked out We’ve been expecting Audi’s hot A5 – the Audi RS5 – for a bit longer than we initially expected. We ran a few stories last year on the Audi RS5 testing at the Nurburgring, and the general consensus was that it would turn up at Frankfurt in September and be in showrooms early in 2010. But that didn’t happen.
