BMP stage 2 clutch kits have many benefits over stock. Not only does it produce excellent performance gains, but the belt life is also increased dramatically. The Arctic Cats are know for a short belt life, and at almost 200 dollars each that's hard to swallow. The Stage 2 kit fixes that problem and gain big performance in the mean time.

These kits will allow the clutches to go into full overdrive, unlike stock, which doesn't even reach a full one to one ratio. Track speed is increased by 4-5 mph in the mountains, and 6-8 mph of top speed on flat land. BMP achieves this by changing the stiff, stock driven spring, with a torsion style spring. The stock driven spring actually coil binds which stops the shift. With the torsion spring, full shift out is achieved. The torsion spring will also allow you to adjust the driven spring tension for quicker upshift or backshift if you desire, even though BMP supplies recommended specifications with the kits. The helix and adjustable billet end cap are machined from aluminum with Bikeman's custom cut progressive multi-angles.

The primary clutch utilizes the BMP Goldstar magnetic adjustable weights. These weights hit hard on the bottom end, yet are very smooth for cruising, and provide quick throttle response. The weights are adjustable with a unique magnet design allowing up to 22 grams of adjustment per arm. BMP provides specifications of how to set up the clutch arm weight with each kit. The adjustable weights allow you to precisely fine tune your sled, or adjust for modifications and different altitudes. For example if you added a performance pipe, big bore, or turbo, you can simply add more weight to the Goldstar clutch arms. The 4 positions per side allow you to put more weight towards the heal or tip if you want a change your shift pattern for a harder hit out of the gate, or more top end pull. Lastly, the kit includes the primary clutch spring to increase the engagement slightly, and help for quicker back shifting.

The Stage 2 clutch kits are simply the best modification for performance and longevity on your Arctic Cat snowmobile. Great performance, cooler clutches, and much longer belt life. This truly is a must have modification.

We only use UPS & USPS as our main shipping carriers, we also ship Speed-Dee Delivery if it is available in your area.

Combined Shipping: We do offer combined shipping for multiple items purchased. A combined item invoice must be requested PRIOR to payment of any of the items to receive combined shipping. Item(s) paid for on separate invoices will be shipped separately. (EX: 3 Invoices = 3 Shipments) If you want to save money on shipping you must combine your items on one invoice PRIOR to payment.

International Shipping: We welcome international customers to purchase our items. If you do not see a shipping quote to your country, please contact us and we will provide you with one. You must provide us with a correct shipping address in English upon purchasing an item. If your package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, only the purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded. The cost of shipping will not be refunded to you. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and customs fees on items shipped internationally are the responsibility of the buyer, they are not included in the sale price.

Purchasing Policy: Minnesota residents have to pay sales tax on all taxable items! Please make payment within 5 days of the purchase date. If you fail to make payment in that time period an unpaid item dispute will be opened against you. We accept PayPal for online transactions or cash and credit card upon in-store pickup. We are not responsible for buyer mistakes!

Return Policy: • Returnable items may be returned for exchange, in-store credit or refund within 30 days after item is received. 

• Christmas gifts ordered from November 21th through December 25th can be returned through January 10th.

• All returns require prior authorization with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #. Please e-mail or call for a RMA #. Any returns w/o a RMA # will not be processed.

• If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, customer may choose another item or customer can choose from in-store credit or refund.

• Item must be in original condition & packaging with all tags attached. 

• Any items that are open, used, worn, contain smoke odor, pet hair or anything not in the original condition will NOT be accepted. 

• Use of the manufacturer's product packaging for a shipping container will result in a 20% restocking fee (the product's packaging must be kept in new condition).

• All baseball style hats must be returned at least 6” tall. No envelopes or flat boxes. No crushed hats will be accepted.

• We do NOT pay for shipping on exchanged items to us & back to you.

• Country Cat strongly recommends using a traceable means of shipment for your returned items as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

• All unaccepted returns can be shipped back at the customers’ expense or they will be abandoned with no refund.
