If American Classic Motors made an error and sent the wrong item we will gladly take it back if the item is in the original package ,is uninstalled and unused. Otherwise, new parts still in the original packaging and purchased within 30 days can be returned. We can issue a full store credit less shipping and handling or a refund minus a 20% restock fee and minus shipping costs. If a part is damaged upon delivery call us immediately and DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT. Do not destroy the packaging or write on it. Defective parts, including electrical, cannot be replaced or refunded until the manufacturer or distributor deems the product defective. They can either replace or rebuild the part. If a warranty issue arises we will make every effort to assist but all warranties come from the manufacturer or the distributor and they decide what they will take back. The new McLaren P1 – to be unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show – will hit 124mph in under 7 seconds. Just 375 being built. McLaren say that the P1 – which we know has 903 bhp – will get to 62mph ‘under 3 seconds’, to 124mph in ‘under 7 seconds’ and to 186mph in ‘less than 17 seconds’.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is seeking a historic $16.4 million civil penalty against Toyota for failing to notify the agency in a timely fashion of a throttle problem that could cause unintended acceleration, Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood said on Monday. The amount is the maximum penalty and would be the most NHTSA has levied against an automaker. The agency said Toyota waited at least four months to alert it of the potential pedal problem.
