This billet aluminum 1-inch tall carburetor adapter is for mounting a 4412 Holley 500cfm 2-barrel carburetor to a stock GM QuadraJet 4-barrel intake manifold. This spacer has angled bores that line up with the secondary holes in the stock GM intake manifold. It positions the Holley 2-barrel carburetor further forward than most other adapters for Q-jet manifolds which gives more air filter clearance with an HEI distributor. Four counter-sunk mounting screws are included.

Pagani Zonda R – the Ultimate Video

Thu, 11 Mar 2010

Great video of the Pagani Zonda R below Well, ‘Ultimate Video’ may be slightly overstating the case, but it is a crackingly good video. As we said when we reported that Pagani were taking a Zonda Cinque Roadster to the Geneva Motor Show - and again when we told you about the Zonda Tricolore – we are almost at the end of the Zonda, with the Pagani C9 due to bow on the world stage in September undisguised (although we’ve seen plenty of Pagani C9 spy photos). So the Zonda isn’t really news any more, and the Zonda R even less so.

Pumpkin-carving ideas for Porsche fans and other car geeks

Fri, 21 Oct 2011

As Halloween approaches, most of you are probably asking the all-important question: "What kind of cool, car-related pumpkin carving can I do?" The folks over at PorschePurist have the answer: a Porsche jack-o'-lantern. All you need is a pumpkin big enough for some detailed carving work, a template or two and a steady hand. We won't give away the rest, but a Dremel tool isn't a bad thing to have handy, either.
