Battery Tray Only

Accommodates GROUP 75/35 or 75/25 “Yellow, Red and Blue Top” Optima Batteries.

Please note that the color of the top has NOTHING to do with the battery case size and design.

You have to make sure that you have the correct group.  This is displayed on the battery itself.

Please note that these battery trays are NOT vehicle specific and may not fit in the stock battery location of your vehicle without some minor modification/drilling.  Although these battery trays are used to replace stock battery trays, they are often used when relocating the battery to the trunk of the vehicle as well.

They are intended to fit the Optima battery listed in the title/description and may fit other batteries, but we do not guarantee fitment for other battery brands.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AT ALL ABOUT FITMENT.  PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.

NOTE:  This item is not a direct bolt-in.  Some fabrication/drilling may be required.

Street View not good enough for Google's self-driver

Tue, 20 May 2014

If anyone can bring the self-driving car to market, it's Google. Not only does the company have the necessary funds for such an undertaking, it has the necessary data -- at least one would think. In a Wired article on Tuesday, Google said that even though it has mapped much of the world with Google Street View, those maps won't help its self-driving car.

McLaren Automotive Company created as an independent

Thu, 16 Apr 2009

The McLaren P11 will be the first of McLaren Automotive's new cars in 2011 The whole road car business at McLaren is to be made an independent company – McLaren Automotive – and is aiming to produce 1,000 cars a year by 2011 and 4,000 a year by 2015. McLaren plans that the cars they produce will be more exclusive, and more expensive, than the competition from Italy. The ball will start rolling with the McLaren P11, a car aimed squarely at the F430/Gallardo market.

2012 BMW 1-Series – it’s official

Sun, 05 Jun 2011

2012 BMW 1-Series - now from BMW When we reported that the 2012 BMW 1 Series had leaked out yesterday, we did say it wouldn’t take long for BMW to release details officially, especially as there were so many official photos of the 2012 1-Series. In the end it took all of 24 hours for BMW to get it together and send us details, which lets us fill in the gaps from yesterday on detail, although there’s really nothing new on the photo front. We know from yesterday that the 2012 BMW 1-Series is bigger than the outgoing car, and that the styling, particularly on the nose, is a more confident statement than before.
