This is a NEW Billet Aluminum Exhaust Power Tip that replaces the stock end cap assembly on the factory muffler.

With this tip installed it gives you more power by reducing restriction in the stock exhaust. This tip will flow 3 times more air than the original stock tip.

With this Tip installed it gives you more power, has a nice throaty sound, a custom look and costs hundreds less than buying a whole new pipe.

If you are wondering why our tip costs more than other ones that look like ours here are the reasons why:

Our tip was the original “billet” power tip

An unscrupulous buyer saw that we made a quality product, bought our best sellers and sent them to China to be reverse engineered/manufactured

No matter what the wording is in their ads they are NOT a billet power tip since they are just a chrome plated zinc die-casting

Our tip is what we say it is. It is machined complete in the USA from a solid piece of American made aluminum for superior durability

Bottom line: our tip cost more because it is made from quality materials and not made in a sweatshop in China

The Tip comes with a stainless steel spark arrestor screen.

This Tip will fit:

2007-2014 Polaris Outlaw 90 with stock exhaust

2007-2014 Polaris Sportsman 90 with stock exhaust

2015 and newer Polaris Sportsman 110 and Polaris Outlaw 110

The Tip is CNC machined out of American made 6061 aircraft grade Aluminum and polished to a brilliant shine.

We provide new stainless steel bolts to give you a smoother look when the tip is installed.

Exhaust Tip package includes Tip, Stainless steel spark arrestor screen, 6 Stainless steel capscrews and an Allen wrench to install new screws.

We will ship worldwide via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Cost: US customers shipping is free. International customers notice shipping to Canada costs $24.50 for the first 2 tips any more than 2 tips please email for the shipping costs.  All other international shipping will cost $30.25 for first 2 tips any more than 2 tips please email for the shipping costs.

Amelia Island auction wrap-up

Tue, 12 Mar 2013

With everything that happened last weekend in Amelia Island, attendees could be forgiven for missing the auctions. Attendees could be forgiven, but a failure by Autoweek to bring those hot, hot auction numbers to you, the readers of autoweek.com? Well, that would be unforgiveable -- especially when Hagerty has people watching every single car cross the block, and then compiling all the results.
