This is a NEW Billet Aluminum Exhaust Power Tip that replaces the stock end cap assembly on the factory muffler.
 
This tip will increase engine power by reducing the amount of restriction in the stock exhaust system. Our tip flows 2.5 times more air than the stock tip.  With our tip installed it also gives the exhaust a nice throaty sound.

If you are wondering why our tip costs more than other ones that look like ours here are the reasons why:

Our tip was the original “billet” power tip

An unscrupulous buyer saw that we made a quality product, bought our best sellers and sent them to China to be reverse engineered/manufactured

No matter what the wording is in their ads they are NOT a billet power tip since they are just a chrome plated zinc die-casting

Our tip is what we say it is. It is machined complete in the USA from a solid piece of American made aluminum for superior durability

Bottom line: our tip cost more because it is made from quality materials and not made in a sweatshop in China

The competition fails to mention in their add(s) that their tip is: not polished, includes no instructions to re-use the stock spark arrestor and includes no new hardware.  All of those items ARE included with our tip.  We ARE the original/designer for billet tips on the Yamaha models listed above not a knock off.

If you want to you can also use this tip with the stock spark arrestor. All you have to do is grind away 1 spot weld to remove the spark arrestor from the stock tip (see picture). It is not a difficult job if you have a Dremel tool or something similar. After you separate the stock spark arrestor from the stock tip you use our tip to hold the spark arrestor in place in the muffler.  No welding required!

The best of all worlds, more power, better sound, looks better and you can use the spark arrestor if you choose to plus it costs hundreds less than buying a whole new pipe!
 
The Tip is CNC machined out of a single piece of American made 6061 aircraft grade aluminum for superior durability and polished to a brilliant shine. Tip comes with new bolts to give it a cleaner appearance when installed.

The tip mounts to the holes already in the muffler. NO DRILLING REQUIRED!

Exhaust Tip package includes Tip, 3 Stainless steel cap screws and an Allen wrench to install new screws. 
Will also include an instruction sheet that shows the spot weld to be removed if you choose to use the stock spark arrestor
