Brand-new, never worn.
Brand:Bilt Color:Black Gender:Men Material:Nylon Size:36

This was a duplicate purchase and were never worn. I wear the other pair in all kinds of weather and they are comfortable, never leak and always warm. They really are tough...the material is very high quality. You will seldom need the liner but it's great to have if the weather gets down there or to wear over shorts in camp when it gets chilly. The full-length zipper is great to get in and out of them with boots on or open for venting or to get into your shorts pocket There is also a velcro full-length seal that makes it quick to access your pockets when the zipper is partially zipped. The following is the description from the website where they are on sale for $129,95, regularly 239.99.   I'm a 36 and usually wear them over shorts. They are very adjustable. Save money, get these. Free shipping to US.

Easy access double layer storm flaps make this waterproof pant a highly versatile option.

A Guinness World Record sounds like a good idea (just like MINI in our story earlier today) as does a link to Golf  (lots of drivers play golf) and perhaps a well known name or two.
