Construction: 1-inch O.D. x 0.120” wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing; all joints precision mitered and TIG welded. For exact measurements, please click the Specifications icon in the photo album. Available in two styles: Smooth for aftermarket hand controls or custom applications, and Dimpled for stock Harley-Davidson switches and levers. Drop me a line for these same bars in smooth or chrome finishes.

Fitment: A very narrow and only slightly taller-than-stock handlebar that looks great on practically any motorcycle you can imagine, Zed bars are perfect for giving your bike the classic lane splitter look. This is a bold move by BMW and Fiat to gain ground over their rivals with models that offer extreme economy, but sport a legendary moniker to give the models added kudos.

Volvo XC40 spotted undisguised in Norway

Mon, 04 Jun 2012

The Volvo XC40 – the compact SUV / Crossover version of the new Volvo V40 – has been spotted undisguised in Norway ahead of a Paris Motor Show debut. We’ve been hearing for some time that the Volvo XC40 – the latest addition to Volvo’s SUV range and based on the new V40 – is getting close to a public debut, and back in April we reported that the XC40 would, in all probability, arrive at the Paris Motor Show in September. That prediction on the XC40′s fairly imminent arrival has been given additional credence with the first shots of the new Volvo XC40 taken on what appears to be a photo / video shoot on closed roads in Norway – perhaps the debut video for the XC40 in the making?

Bespoke car restoration company, Icon, along with its founder and lead designer, Jonathan Ward, are the subject of eGarages's latest short film, Derelict. The documentary focuses on its namesake, a 1952 Chevy Coupe, built as part of Icon's ‘Derelict' project. The car is updated with modern mechanicals but with an aesthetic that bears the scars of its 60 years.
