You are bidding on a pair of new BING 64 CD carburetors for the ROTAX 914 F/UL engines. Set is 1 carb for cylinders 1 & 3 and 1 carb for cylinders 2 & 4. One carb includes the electronic throttle valve positioning sensor. They are Rotax Pt. #887094 - BING Pt. # 64/32/418A and Rotax Pt. # 887099 - BING Pt. # 64/32/419A. These appear to be the third iteration of the part. There is a newer iteration that costs over $3,000 for the pair.

The original packaging has been opened, the carbs have been checked for condition and part number and they have been repackaged. They have never been used or installed. Please note that this is a generic picture and shows the vibration dampening spring on the carb dome.
It may or may not be there on the carbs that you receive.

ROAD SAFETY charity the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) is offering advice to drivers on coping with windy weather, as more inclement weather sweeps across the country. Peter Rodger, the IAM's chief examiner, has offered the following tips for driving in high winds: Plan your journey – is there a route with less exposure to the weather and less risk of fallen trees? Choose a sheltered route if you have the option.

After weeks of speculation, the official story and pictures of the reborn Lancia Stratos – officially named 'New Stratos' – have been revealed. While the car's design and concept are obviously related to the 2005 Fenomenon Stratos – a venture headed by RCA graduate Chris Hrabalek – design and development have been completed by Pininfarina. Initially headed by Jason Castriota before he left – ironically for the original Lancia Stratos' birthplace, Bertone – Luca Borgogno completed the exterior and interior design.

US DoT makes rear-view cameras compulsory

The US Department of Transportation (DoT) has issued a new safety standard for rear visibility that requires mandatory fitment of rear-view cameras. The ruling applies to all new vehicles, excluding motorcycles, weighing under 10,000 pounds (4,536kg) sold from 2018. The ruling has been introduced to cut backover crashes, caused when the victim strays into the blind zone 10-40 feet (3-12m) behind the vehicle that the driver can't see using their mirrors alone.
