THIS AUCTION is for a set of carbon fiber trim pieces that can be applied to the roof of your vehicle (If you do not have roof rails trim can also be installed to car doors). The kit comes with two 3/4'' wide by 6' long trim pieces. Pieces are made of a flexible carbon fiber plastic trim that are made to withstand all weather elements.

INSTALLATION is very easy and takes about 20 minutes, ADDITIONAL TRIMMING is required. This can be done with a simple pare of scissors, razor, knife etc. Product is backed with strong 3M adhesive so installation is easy and requires no drilling or screws. This is not real carbon fiber, product is made of a flexible molding overlaid with carbon fiber vinyl.

BMW's M division claims its new twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder engine is every bit as good -- if not better -- than the glorious, naturally aspirated 4.0-liter V8 powerplant it replaces in the new M3 sedan and M4 coupe. The figures are certainly impressive. They say it kicks out 424 hp and more than 25 percent extra torque, with what is described as significantly more than 369 lb-ft below 2,000 rpm.

OnStar to test Family Link vehicle-tracking system with subscriber pilot program

OnStar is launching a pilot program for a new Family Link system that will let subscribers track their vehicle's location on a Web site. The pilot program will gauge customer interest in Family Link. The service allows the subscriber to log in to the system and view a map with the vehicle's exact location at any time.
