(SNO-1508-W) New Snowmobile Jack with winch. The Black Ice snowmobile stand is a steel, rectangular bar system that is used for maintenance and storage of snowmobiles and ATVs. A unique hand-powered winch and pulley system at the head of the sled lift allows for raising snowmobiles and ATVs up to 700 lbs. When parked above the snowmobile jack, a hand-powered winch lifts the snowmobile or ATV evenly for maintenance and storage. A hand crank and pulley system eases the lifting process by reducing the amount of effort needed to lift the weight of a snowmobile. With the flip of a switch, the snowmobile stand can be lowered by cranking the winch handle in the opposite direction. Rubber padding runs along the top bars and in the form of end posts to prevent scratches. The strong steel lift is capable of lifting up to 700 lbs which is enough for most new and old sleds. When resting in the low position, the frame (not including the winch) sits at 6-3/4" tall. When fully raised, the frame stands at 28-1/4" tall, which provides adequate room to work underneath the machine. A foot-operated safety latch holds the lift in the upright position and prevents loosening and failure of the winch. A set of 1-5/8" steel wheels are attached to make maneuvering around the shop much easier. For extra protection, a gloss black powder coating has been added. The Black Ice snowmobile stand includes hardware and a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Snowmobile Jack Product Features:
