Mini John Cooper Works WRC: the roll cage in detail

Wed, 06 Jul 2011

Mini claims it’s created the safest WRC car ever – with a little help from Prodrive.  And to prove the point, they’ve opened up the Mini Countryman WRC’s innards and spilled some of the secrets of its rollcage. This year Claire had drawn the tickets for the day; tickets Volvo had kindly sent us (many thanks, guys) after they asked us to drive the hillclimb in a Polestar car.

College Exhibition: Creapole MA Degree Show 2011

The challenge for these young designers is to take these new technologies and apply them in an attractive, meaningful and human way.
