Requests for returns must be received within seven (7) business days of receipt of your order to qualify for a full refund. Returns requested after seven (7) business days or arriving at our warehouse more than fourteen 14 days from the original purchase date are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Merchandise being returned must be in NEW, UNUSED condition and must be in ORIGINAL, UNDAMAGED packaging to be eligible for maximum refund. In other words, returned merchandise must be in such condition as to be sold again as new.
Merchandise which is in new condition, but which is in damaged packaging or which has missing packaging, will be refunded at 50% of the purchase price.
Merchandise which has any sign of wear, which has missing pieces, or which cannot be resold as new will not be refunded.
If you return any items from an order that received free shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
