After all, Bugatti wanted to keep the car secret prior to its showing at this weekend’s Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in Cernobbio, situated rather prettily by Lake Como, and hadn’t issued any pictures.

Volvo to launch large-scale autonomous driving project

Tue, 03 Dec 2013

It's going to happen sooner than we though -- the machines are going to take over. No need to jump in your car and drive to your uncle's fallout shelter where he's been stockpiling expired cans of tomato soup, though, at least not just yet. The machines in question are Volvos (pretty benign, right?), and the place they'll be taking over is Volvo's home town of Gothenburg, Sweden.

BMW 1 Series

Mon, 06 Jun 2011

BMW has just revealed the all-new 1 Series. The German automaker's second generation B-segment contender has grown 83mm longer, 14mm wider and has had its wheelbase stretched 30mm over its predecessor. Though the 1 Series is the smallest vehicle in the range, the new car retains proportions typical of BMW, with a long hood and wheelbase and a set-back cabin.
