2013 Land Rover Discovery 4 gets tweaks & Black Design Pack
Thu, 04 Oct 2012Land Rover has revealed the 2013 Discovery 4 with a few tweaks, more colours and Black design Pack & Extended Leather Pack.
You can now have your Discovery 4 in five new colours - Havana, Barolo Black, Barossa, Mariana Black and Causeway Grey – and the HSE gets a nice set of shiny 19″ 7-spoke alloys for a bit more bling.
Inside the 2013 Discovery gets some new choices too with Arabica seats with Nutmeg stitching and Ivory seats with Ivory stitching on offer and a new Grand Ivory Lacquer and new gloss black finishers for the switches with Cosmic Grey and option.
But it’s not just new pretty colours and finishes on offer, the 2013 Discovery 4 also gets the Premium Navigation with TMC (traffic messaging), 4x4i (vehicle status), Voice and Off-Road Nav. Motorway signs are displayed on the split screen and a new map zoom function. Small changes, but welcome.
The Infotainment system gets an upgrade too with DAB+ and new TV tuner and the rear seat entertainment gets a single DVD slot so you don’t have to fish round the boot to load in what you want to watch.
New ‘Packs’ have been introduced for the 2013 Discovery 4.
The Black Design Pack offers black painted 19″ or 20″ alloys, gloss black grille, wing vents, door handles and mirror caps as well as gloss black Land Rover and Discovery 4 badges and satin black roof rails.
The Extended Leather Pack is added for the HSE when the Windsor Leather seats are fitted that adds Windsor leather to the top of the facia and around the instrument binnacle.
Nothing too major for the 2013 Discovery 4, but the tweaks do make the latest Disco even more appealing than before as a cut-price Range Rover.
