Audi RS5, Ducati & Pikes Peak
Sat, 11 Aug 2012Audi are running an RS5 at the Pikes Peak Hillclimb event in Colorado and taking the opportunity to showcase Ducati with a competition.
The Pikes Peak International Hillclimb is a 12 mile hillclimb event held in the Pikes Peak Mountain Range in Colorado, with 156 turns and a climb to 4,720 feet. A test of any car (or motorbike).
The new Audi RS5 is out playing at this year’s Pikes Peak and Audi has taken that opportunity to showcase the liveried RS5 with Ducati Multistrada 1200S to showcase Audi’s recent purchase of Ducati, and launch a competition (sadly for US residents over 25 only).
The competition is offering an all expenses paid trip to Sonoma in California to attend the Audi Sportscar Experience and Ducati Riding Experience at the Infineon Raceway.
To enter the competition, all US residents need to is Tweet why they would like to ‘Come Together’ with Audi and Ducatti using the hashtag #cometogether (which should lead to a few less than motoring related Tweets).

The joy for the rest of us non-US residents is that Audi has put together a video of the new RS5 and the Ducati 1200s ‘Coming Together’ on Pikes Peak.
