Bentley Continental & Mulsanne Le Mans Limited Edition UPDATED

“There will be 48 of each of the six models (Mulsanne, Continental GT V8 coupe and convertible, Continental GT W12 coupe and convertible and Continental GT Speed coupe) – for a total of 288 in all. Among the 288, the six specification choices are not limited.”

Bentley has revealed a series of Limited Edition Le Mans cars – either as the Mulsanne Le Mans or Continental Le Mans – to celebrate the 90th anniversary of Le Mans (in which Bentley partook) and the 10th anniversary of Bentley’s victory at Le Mans in 2003. Unfortunately, all the Le Mans Limited Editions are exclusively for North America.

There will be just 48 examples each of the Le Mans Limited Edition, all with a numbered Le Mans badge, Le Mans clock, Le Mans embroidered on the headrests, treadplates with Le Mans, a set of Le Mans alloys and special veneers and paint jobs.

There are six different packages available for the Le Mans Continental and Mulsanne, each in named in honour of the Bentley Boys – driving heroes who took Bentley’s finest cars to victory in France. They are:

Each of the packages associated with the Bentley Boys offers different colour schemes and trims to evoke historic connections, and you can have the Le Mans ‘Pack’ on a Mulsanne, Continental (in Coupe or Convertible) or GT Speed (Coupe only)

The Bentley Continental Le Mans will go on sale in the US shortly and the Mulsanne Le Mans in the third quarter of 2013. No word on prices, but they’ll be a more than a regular Continental or Mulsanne. Not that it’s going to trouble the buyers much.
