CarFest North & CarFest South 2013: Dates & Venues

Chris Evans’ CarFest North and CarFest South are back on again in 2013 with much motoring madness and a great day out for all the family.

So much success in 2012 meant CarFest for 2013 was a given, and now we know that both outings are back once again this year with even more on offer than in 2012, and running over 3 days instead of two.

Just like last year, CarFest South will take place at Laverstoke Park Farm - Jody Scheckter’s home – with an even bigger hillclimb and three evenings of live music, masses of food choices and, of course, cars galore.

Unlike 2012, CarFest North, which was a bit of a last minute event after CarFest South sold out in quick sticks, will take place at Oulton Park in Cheshire – which has a proper track that’s seen F1 action – for an even more splendid outing than last year.

We didn’t make it to CarFest last year, but from all we heard and saw we really must make the effort to go to at least one or other this year. It’s not just about cars, so it’s a great event for all the family with lots of entertainment, live music and distractions for one and all.

CarFest North will take place from Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th August 2013 and Car Fest South from Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th August 2013. Tickets can be grabbed from the BBC Children in Need website.
