HRE introduces retro Vintage Series wheels

First of all, we'd like to point out that under no circumstance--ever--is Brush Script an acceptable typographic substitute when Porsche's iconic Carrera script needs to be replicated. Punto e basta.
With that out of the way, we'll admit to rather liking HRE's new BBS-esque 501 wheels, and the 288-GTO-style five-spoke 505s are the very essence of sweet-on-sweet when bolted to a Ferrari 458 Italia. On the other hand, the wide-body Lamborghini Countach-reminiscent 505 teledials don't exactly work, dependent as the originals were on their deep-dish design.
The new wheels are all three-piece designs available in 18-inch to 20-inch diameters and in widths from seven inches up to 14 inches.
HRE claims that a nearly unlimited number of finishes is available. As such, we'd suggest springing for something utterly odious, like, say, aubergine anodized centers with turquoise powder-coated rims. It's a combo that pairs wonderfully with Brush Script. Trust us.
