The Honda FCEV makes its European debut in Geneva.
Honda has created a lot of buzz surrounding its FCEV concept, which made its European debut in Geneva this week. Honda says its sleek, aerodynamic design is an accurate representation of what the production model will look like when it hits U.S. and Japanese showrooms in 2015.
Honda takes credit with its FCEV concept as being the first to apply a fuel-cell powertrain completely within the engine room of the vehicle. This not only allows for more interior cabin space but also opens doors for the fuel-cell technology to be applied in multiple different vehicles in the future.

Finally, the largely anticipated and long-awaited powertain layout of the NSX concept was revealed.
Finally, the largely anticipated and long-awaited powertain layout of the NSX concept was revealed. The NSX features the company's Sport Hybrid Super Handling All-Wheel Drive system, which Honda claims will deliver improved fuel economy and performance with its mid-mounted direct-injection twin-turbo V6 engine and dual-clutch transmission.
The system will allow for the vehicle to instantly generate negative or positive torque in the front wheels for those coming in hot around hairpin turns. Two electric motors control the front wheels.
